No it does not. Of course we can try to make it so. To us, it is not a problem because the average value of the votes are taken and we never consider designs with less than 4 votes. Also please understand that even after the voting process, the bagstab team does their own voting to pick the best for production. However, we will work on the codes to make the restriction. Thanks.
