My design was 300 ppi.  I brought this into your template which is 150 ppi.  When I uploaded and saw the results the design looked fuzzy.  Should I have resized to 150 ppi before adding my layer to your template?

Keep your res at 300ppi when you upload your template (design and blank bag layered file). The picture you see at the voting page and other pages are lower res jpeg versions of what you uploaded. If you want to get a higher res look, when your design is selected to be in the shop, you can click on the small thumbnails to access them.
